Current Message Series

New Series: October 14-November 4, 2018

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal
life (John 3:16). This most famous verse in the Bible is not only a powerful promise for followers of Jesus, but it also serves as the foundation for our mission as a church. October 14-November 4 is Missions Month here at DBC. Over the course of four weeks, we will focus on our call to share God’s Big Love with His Big World. We will hear from one of our mission partners each week, and we will be challenged to consider ways we can be involved in spreading the love and hope of Jesus locally, regionally, and around the world.

During our missions emphasis, we will be collecting a special missions offering that will go to support the four mission partners that you can read about in this brochure. Please prayerfully consider how God may lead you to give a gift over and above your regular support of DBC.  To give to the special missions offering, you can give online here by choosing “Big Love. Big World.” as the designation for your gift.
