Lenten Sermon Series: Giving It Up
Many of us give up certain things for the forty days of Lent, and doing so can be a very beneficial thing for us. This seven-week series takes that idea one step further and considers things that God wants us to give up, not just for forty days, but forever.
Ash Wednesday – February 14th
Ash Wednesday marks a special time – the beginning of Lent, a time of preparation for Easter. Several churches in our community are holding Ash Wednesday services, providing a wonderful opportunity to worship with our neighbors. A few services in the area are:

St. Paul’s Episcopal Church – 7:30AM, 12PM, 5:30PM, 7:30PM

We will again be worshipping with our friends and neighbors at Washington Street UMC this year on Maundy Thursday. We will worship in their sanctuary (109 South Washington Street, one block north of our building) and Pastor Phil will be delivering the message.
Friday, March 30th at 7:00PM
Join us on Good Friday for a worship service in the sanctuary at 7PM.

11:00AM – Easter Worship
12:15PM – Easter Egg Hunt for Children
